We are a small family owned business offering high quality apartment accommodation for holiday makers, families and business travelers in the beautiful city of Perth.

Our apartments are perfectly located between the Swan River, King’s Park and the CBD. You’ll love our fantastic inner city apartments for their comfort, cleanliness, facilities and proximity to everything Perth has to offer. Our apartments are located within a 4 star resort, so you can take advantage of the pools, gyms, tennis courts and restaurant.

Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, our apartment has everything you’ll need for a fabulous stay. Families are very welcome and we’re equipped with everything you’ll need for the kids including a selection of toys, high chair, portacot and junior mattresses are available on request. There is a great playground over the road at James Oldham park, the kids will love it! (see picture in the gallery).

Perth’s famous Swan River Foreshore is straight across the road. Elizabeth Quay and Barrack St jetty is a short walk away. From here you can visit Perth’s Bell Tower or catch a boat. It’s just a short ferry ride across to South Perth to visit the Zoo. Alternatively you can take a scenic river cruise to historic Fremantle or the ferry to Rottenest Island.

Perth’s Convention and Exhibition Centre and CBD is only 500 metres away.

Jacob’s Ladder is only 100 m away and will take you up to Kings Park & Botanic Garden. Kings Park offers breathtaking views of the river and city as well as a raft of things to do and see. There are great parks for the kids and a tree-top walk for more great city views, just to name a few.

The apartment is only a short walk into the city centre for fabuluous shopping and dining. If you have too many shopping bags to carry back or have over-indulged there’s always the free city shuttle bus which will take you back to the front door of the apartment.

All apartments have two bedrooms. The master bedrom in each has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two singles. There is an option of using the double sofa in the living room for larger groups. The apartments have fully equipped kitchens and laundry (washer and dryer). The apartments have either a balcony or terrace for you to relax.
